Common use of First Month’s Rent Clause in Contracts

First Month’s Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April 2011).

First Month’s Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April June 2011).

First Month’s Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of one month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, (“Advance Rent”) which payment shall be applied by Landlord to credited towards the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April 2011)payment.

First Month’s Rent. Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed rent in the amount of $18,666.67 (“First Month’s Rent”) which shall be applied to the first month of Rent due and payable under this Lease (for April 2011)Lease.

First Month’s Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of one month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April 2011)Lease.

First Month’s Rent. Tenant shall pay to deposit with Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this rent in the amount of $7,234.50. Said amount shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord upon Lease (for April 2011)execution.

First Month’s Rent. The first full month’s rent of $12,230.40 shall be due and payable by Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April 2011)Lease.

First Month’s Rent. The first full month’s rent of $154,900.00 shall be due and payable by Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first full month of Fixed Rent due under this Lease upon the Tenant’s execution of this Lease by Tenant, which payment shall be applied by Landlord to the first month’s Fixed Rent due under this Lease (for April 2011)Lease.
