Up to $516,096.00 (i.e. $2.00 per square foot of the Buildings) of the First Level Tenant Improvement Allowance may be used by Tenant for costs associated with moving into the Premises, installation of a security system, window coverings, telecommunications cabling, and related fees paid to consultants.
