Common use of First Aid Premium Clause in Contracts

First Aid Premium. Employees who are required by the Employer to perform first aid duties in addition to their normal duties and who hold a valid Workers' Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Certificate shall be paid a premium in accordance with the certificate required by the Employer as follows: Full‐Time Employees Regular Part‐Time & Auxiliary Employees OFA Level II $125 per month 80¢ per hour OFA Level III $145 per month 95¢ per hour The Employer will pay course fees for the OFA Level II and/or III course for employees who are required to have such certification.

First Aid Premium. First Aid Premium. Employees who are required by the Employer to perform first aid duties in addition to their normal duties and who hold a valid Workers' ’ Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Certificate shall be paid a premium in accordance with the certificate required by the Employer as follows: Full‐Time Employees Regular Part‐Time & Auxiliary Employees OFA Level II $125 0.55 per month hour on all hours worked (effective 2009 May 01, 80¢ per hour hour). OFA Level III $145 0.65 per month hour on all hours worked (effective 2009 May 01, 95¢ per hour hour). The Employer will pay course fees for the OFA Level II and/or Level III course for employees Employees who are required to have such certification.
