First Aid Officer. Where an employee possesses a current first aid certificate and has been approved by the delegate to undertake first aid duties, the employee will be paid an allowance of $23.82 per fortnight. This allowance will increase by two per cent 12 months from commencement of this Agreement, and a further two per cent 24 months from commencement of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified herein, any approval of City required hereunder shall mean the approval of the Contract Officer. The Contract Officer shall have authority, if specified in writing by the City Manager, to sign all documents on behalf of City required hereunder to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
