Common use of Fire Equipment Clause in Contracts

Fire Equipment. 5.6.1 shall maintain and service all fire prevention (including alarms and sprinkler) systems and fire-fighting equipment on the premises and ensure full compliance at all times with any and all regulations, by-laws and/or other legislation relating thereto, including the supply, installation and maintenance of any additional fire equipment which may from time to time be required. 5.7.
