FIR definition

FIR means the complaint filed by the Insured Beneficiary and registered by the police station within whose jurisdiction the offence alleged is committed/occurred or such other statutory authority as is appropriate in the circumstances. Provided that once the Insured Beneficiary files the complaint with concerned police Station within whose jurisdiction the offence alleged is committed/occurred then same will be regarded as FIR, notwithstanding delay (if any) caused by the concerned Police Station in Registering the complaint and / or in converting such complaint into a FIR.

Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with Section 3.2.
