Common use of Fingerprinting Clause in Contracts

Fingerprinting. Contractor shall comply at all times with the provisions of Education Code section 45125.2 regarding the submission of employee fingerprints to the California Department of Justice and the completion of criminal background investigations of its employees, its subcontractor(s), and its subcontractors’ employees. Verification of compliance with this section shall be provided in writing to the District prior to each individual's commencement of employment or performing any portion of the Services and prior to permitting contact with any student.

Fingerprinting. Require all current and subsequent employees of employee Contractor who may enter a school site during the time that pupils are present to submit their fingerprints to in a manner authorized by the California Department of Justice and (the completion of criminal background investigations of its employees, its subcontractor(s“CDOJ”), and its subcontractors’ employees. Verification of compliance with this section shall be provided in writing to the District prior to each individual's commencement of employment or performing any portion of the Services and prior to permitting contact with any student.;
