Fines for Safety Violations. The following fine structure applies to all Contractors on site and shall be monitored and enforced by Company’s Safety department. (c) Major infractions - include, but are not limited to, such infraction as traffic violations of excessive speed or violating site traffic rules which result in a serious or major accident; non-compliance with site safety rules and standards which do or could have under slightly different circumstances resulted in major harm to people, property, processes e.
