FINES AND FORFEITURES. City shall be entitled to the total fines and forfeitures to which City would otherwise be entitled pursuant to subparagraph (d) of paragraph (1) of Section 1463 of the Penal Code upon conviction or upon the forfeiture of bail following arrests made by the Sheriff or a Deputy Sheriff of the County for the commission of a misdemeanor within the territorial limits of City.

Sheriff shall use these funds for the law enforcement education purposes authorized in said statute within or for the benefit of Crystal River. The Sheriff will request from the Clerk of Courts a report to provide to the the City Manager on a quarterly basis of the collections from this fund as they relate to Crystal River specifically.

  • Vesting and Forfeiture Any Award which has become payable pursuant to the performance measures set forth in Section 4 shall be considered as fully earned by you, subject to the further provisions of this Section 3.
