Fine Arts. This Coverage Form provides coverage for unscheduled fine arts that are not “stock” only while the fine arts are at the location specified on the “Declaration Page”.
Fine Arts. A. The OPO houses artwork entitled 48 Shadow Planes by Xxxxxx Xxxxx (“Xxxxx Artwork”) which is not historic property. The Xxxxx Artwork shall remain in its original location within the OPO. Full and exclusive title, ownership, maintenance, repairs and control of the Artwork will remain with GSA. GSA shall be responsible for the removal, storage and conservation of the Xxxxx Artwork during construction and the installation of the Xxxxx Artwork after Completion of the Initial Rehabilitation. GSA and Xxxxx shall enter into an agreement to this effect for the above. B. Upon transfer of the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Statue from NPS to GSA, the Statue shall remain in its current location outside of the OPO. Full and exclusive title, ownership, maintenance, repairs and control of the Statue will remain with GSA. The Statue will come under the supervision of a conservator certified by the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (“AIC”). GSA shall also be responsible for the protection and the preservation of the Statue in accordance with the covenants of the separate legal transfer instrument from NPS to GSA. GSA and Xxxxx shall enter into an agreement to ensure continued public access to the Statue.
Fine Arts. Students are provided with experiences in the fields of art, music, and dramatics. The Art Docent program provides students with an opportunity to use a variety of art media as well as an understanding and appreciation of some of the great works of art selected from a variety of periods. In music, students are provided with opportunities to learn age-appropriate songs and concepts. At all levels, students participate in puppet shows, plays, and musical events as part of our dramatics program.

Fine Arts. Scheduled And Unscheduled
Fine Arts. You agree that the covered property will be handled by competent packers.
Fine Arts. (1) For unscheduled fine arts, the basis of recovery shall be the least of the following amounts: a. The appraised value or, in the absence of such appraisal, the fair market value of the covered property identified as fine arts; b. The cost of reasonably restoring the fine arts to its condition immediately before the loss occurred; or c. The limit of coverage shown in item Section 1.G.(4); d. The cost of replacing the property with substantially identical property. (2) For scheduled fine arts, the basis of recovery shall be the least of the following amounts: a. The appraised value or, in the absence of such appraisal, the fair market value of the covered property identified as fine arts, b. The cost of reasonably restoring the fine arts to its condition immediately before the loss occurred, or c. The amount shown for the fine arts item/s on the most recent Trust mobile equipment or property schedule. d. The cost of replacing the property with substantially identical property.
Fine Arts a) The value of the Fine Arts shall be the lesser of: i. The cost to repair or replace the Fine Arts; or ii. The appraised value, which will be determined as of the time of the loss. (a) If a Fine Arts article is part of a pair or set and a physically damaged article cannot be replaced or cannot be repaired or restored to the condition that existed immediately prior to the loss, the appraised value will be used in the settlement of such pair or set. You will surrender the damaged pair or set.
Fine Arts. The insurance under this policy is extended to insure against all risks of direct physical loss of or damage to Fine Arts, while such property is at the Premises. This Extension of Coverage does not apply to loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by: i. deterioration; ii. breakage of glassware, statuary, marbles, bric-a-brac, porcelains and other fragile articles, unless caused directly by fire, Earthquake, explosion, falling Object striking the exterior of a Building(s), Flood, impact by aircraft or land vehicle, lightning, riot, smoke, vandalism or malicious acts, windstorm or hail, or by Accident to land, water or air conveyances, or by theft or attempt thereat; iii. any repairing, restoration or retouching process.
