Common use of - FINANCING THE ACTION Clause in Contracts

- FINANCING THE ACTION. 3.1 The total cost of the Action is estimated at EUR ("Currency of the Agreement") 1,217,997, as set out in Annex III. The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide a contribution up to a maximum of EUR 790,597 (the “EU Contribution”). The final amount will be established in accordance with Articles 18 to 20 of Annex II.

The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide a contribution up to a maximum of EUR 790,597 1.400.000 (the “EU Contribution”). The EU Contribution is further limited to 100% of the total eligible costs of the Action. The final amount will be established in accordance with Articles 18 to 20 of Annex IIXxxxx XX. The final amount shall not exceed the amount obtained by applying the percentage laid down in the first subparagraph to the total eligible costs of the Action approved by the Contracting Authority.
