Common use of Financing Proposal Clause in Contracts

Financing Proposal. A comprehensive financial proposal, which proposal shall, at a minimum, outline in reasonable detail the Loan Parties’ plan for obtaining increased liquidity, deleveraging the Loan Parties through a capital raise or other method, and financing options to right size the capital structure, which financial proposal shall be in form and substance acceptable to each Lender.
