FINANCIAL UPDATES. During the Interim Operational Period, Seller shall deliver to Buyers monthly budgets related to Power Block 3, the Common Facilities and the Common Property and all reports and information relative to outage schedules, and shall keep Buyer timely informed of progress towards completion of the Scheduled Capital Projects and the Scheduled Maintenance Projects.
FINANCIAL UPDATES. The preliminary estimate for the total cost of the Project is $  – which may rise as engineering design work progresses. The Parties shall review this estimated cost, at a minimum, at the milestones of Preliminary Design Report (PDR), Plan Impacts Complete (PIC), and final Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E). Upon each review, the Parties shall work in partnership to appropriate the funds necessary to meet the latest cost estimate. Additionally, the Municipality shall provide MaineDOT’s Project Manager with one of the following: A statement acknowledging the latest estimate and affirming its commitment to the Project; or A request to withdraw the Project and reimburse MaineDOT for all costs incurred.
FINANCIAL UPDATES. (a) Without limiting the access and information to be provided by Section 7.2, above, Seller shall provide Buyer, as promptly as practicable after the same are available, with copies of the monthly and quarterly internal management reports generated by Seller’s Interior Products Group, including its Monthly Financial Report, Quarterly 2014 Forecast Updates, and Capex Reports.

  • Financial Statements Statistical Data 2.6.1. The financial statements, including the notes thereto and supporting schedules included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, fairly present the financial position and the results of operations of the Company at the dates and for the periods to which they apply. Such financial statements have been prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles of the United States, consistently applied throughout the periods involved, and the supporting schedules included in the Registration Statement present fairly the information required to be stated therein. No other financial statements or supporting schedules are required to be included in the Registration Statement.   • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.
