Financial Subsidiary means any company that is controlled by one or more insured depository institutions, other than a subsidiary that:

As of the Restatement Date, the Financial Subsidiaries are Endeavour Venture Partners LLC, Escoba Insurance Company, HomeSafe Company, HomeSafe Escrow Company, KB HOME Insurance Agency Inc., KB HOME Insurance Agency of Texas Holdings, Inc., KB HOME Mortgage Company, KB HOME Mortgage Ventures LLC, KB HOME Title Services Inc., San Antonio Title Co., and Westview Company.
