Financial Strength Rating. The Borrower shall have a Counterparty Risk Rating of at least “A” by S&P (or an equivalent rating by Xxxxx’x or Fitch). The Ceding Company shall have an Insurer Financial Strength Rating of at least “A” by S&P (or an equivalent rating by Xxxxx’x or Fitch).
Financial Strength Rating. The Borrower will cause ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation to maintain a minimum financial strength rating from S&P of A- or better. If the rating system of S&P (or its successor) shall change or if it (or its successors) shall cease to be in the business of rating the financial strength of insurance companies like the Regulated Insurance Companies, the Borrower and the Lenders shall negotiate in good faith to amend the references to the specific S&P rating in this Agreement to reflect such changed rating system or the non-availability of ratings from such agency (it being understood that any such amendment to such specific ratings shall in no event be effective without the approval of the Required Lenders).
Financial Strength Rating. Maintain the A.M. Best Company financial strength rating of not less than B++.
Financial Strength Rating. AXIS Capital will cause each of the Subsidiary Credit Parties to maintain a financial strength rating of at least “B++” from A.M. Best & Co. (or its successor) at all times.
Financial Strength Rating. Permit the Financial Strength Rating of Alterra Bermuda or any Designated Borrower which is an Insurance Subsidiary to fall below the rating of “B++”.
Financial Strength Rating. Cause each of AXIS Specialty, AXIS Reinsurance, AXIS Specialty Insurance, AXIS Surplus, AXIS Re, AXIS Insurance, AXIS Specialty Europe and any other Designated Borrower to maintain a Financial Strength Rating of at least “B++” at all times.
Financial Strength Rating. Maintain the A.M. Best Company financial strength rating of Max Bermuda of not less than B++.
Financial Strength Rating. Permit the Financial Strength Rating of Max Bermuda, Harbor Point Re or HPRe US to fall below the rating of “B++”.
Financial Strength Rating. Permit the A.M. Best Company financial strength rating of any Material Insurance Subsidiary to be lower than B++ at any time.
