Financial Regulations. (-1) The Financial Regulations shall be adopted by the Administrative Committee on a proposal from the Court.

Financial Regulations. This cooperative agreement will not give a rise to any financial obligation by one partner to the other. Each Party will bear its own cost and expenses.
