Financial Position. The financial statements of the Guarantor heretofore furnished to Lender are complete and correct and fairly present the financial position of the Guarantor as of the date thereof. Since the date of said financial statements there has been no material adverse change in the financial position or operations, or the business taken as a whole, of Guarantor from that set forth therein.
