Common use of Financial Plans Clause in Contracts

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (the "FINANCIAL PLAN" for such Fiscal Year), including (a) forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate for such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (b) forecasted consolidated statements of operations and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for each month of such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lenders, (c) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (the "FINANCIAL PLAN" “Financial Plan” for such Fiscal Year), including (a) a forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets sheet and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate for such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (b) forecasted 66 Credit Agreement consolidated statements of operations income and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for each month Fiscal Quarter of such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lendersbased, and (c) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 90 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (the "FINANCIAL PLAN" “Financial Plan” for such Fiscal Year), including (ai) forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for each such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate for each such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (bii) forecasted consolidated statements of operations income and cash flows of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for each month quarter of each such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lenders, and (ciii) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no not later than 30 90 days after the beginning end of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such the then current Fiscal Year and each succeeding Fiscal Year through May 31, 2004 (the "FINANCIAL PLAN" for such Fiscal YearYears), including (a) forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of Company Holdings and its Subsidiaries for each such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate Certificates for each such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (b) forecasted consolidated statements of operations income and cash flows of Company Holdings and its Subsidiaries for each month of such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lendersbased, (c) forecasted plans for raising debt and equity capital and how the proceeds of such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;issuances will be applied

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 45 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (the "FINANCIAL PLANFinancial Plan" for such Fiscal Year), including (a) forecasted forecast consolidated and consolidating balance sheets and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of Company Holdings and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate covenant calculations for such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, and (b) forecasted forecast consolidated balance sheets and statements of operations income and cash flows of Company 96 CREDIT AGREEMENT Holdings and its Subsidiaries for each month quarter of such Fiscal Year, together with pro forma covenant calculations for such Fiscal Quarter and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lenders, (c) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably requestbased;

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 60 days after the beginning end of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (the "FINANCIAL PLAN" for such Fiscal Year"), including (a) forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets sheet and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statement of operations showing forecasted statements of operations for each line of business and a forecasted consolidated statement of cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate for such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (b) forecasted consolidated statements of operations and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for each month quarter of such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lendersbased, and (c) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;

Financial Plans. as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 30 60 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year and the next four succeeding Fiscal Years (the "FINANCIAL PLANFinancial Plan" for such Fiscal YearYears), including (a) forecasted consolidated and consolidating balance sheets and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with a pro forma Compliance Certificate for each such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based, (b) forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of operations income and cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries for each month Fiscal Quarter of the first such Fiscal Year, together with an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based in the form previously provided to Lendersbased, and (c) such other information and projections as any Lender may reasonably request;
