Common use of Financial Planning Services Clause in Contracts

Financial Planning Services. The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

Financial Planning Services. The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of twenty-four eighteen (2418) months following the Date of Termination, Termination at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive Executive, as in effect immediately prior to the Date of TerminationTermination or the Change in Control Date, whichever is more favorable to the Executive.

Financial Planning Services. The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the Date of TerminationTermination (thirty-six (36) months following the Date of Termination in the event of a Termination following a Change in Control), at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive Executive, as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of [eighteen (18), twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36)] months following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
