Common use of Financial Planning Services Clause in Contracts

Financial Planning Services. The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of thirty-six (36) months following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

Financial Planning Services. The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the Date of Termination (thirty-six (36) months following the Date of TerminationTermination in the event of a Termination following a Change in Control), at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive Executive, as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
