Common use of Financial Planning Services Clause in Contracts

Financial Planning Services. The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, receive financial planning services at the Company’s expense for a period of one (1) year following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company’s financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total amount of such services may not exceed the amount in effect under Code Section 402(g)(1)(B) for the calendar year that includes the Date of Termination.

Financial Planning Services. The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, receive financial planning services at the Company’s expense for a period of one two (12) year years following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company’s financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total amount of such services may not exceed the amount in effect under Code Section 402(g)(1)(B) for the calendar year that includes the Date of Termination.

Financial Planning Services. Separation Pay Agreement CONFIDENTIAL financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total amount of such services may not exceed the amount in effect under Code Section 402(g)(1)(B) for the calendar year that includes the Date of Termination.

Financial Planning Services. The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, receive financial and tax planning and tax return preparation services at the Company’s expense for a period of one twelve (112) year months following the Date of Termination, at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company’s financial planning program for the Executive and this Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total amount of such services may not exceed the amount in effect under Code Section 402(g)(1)(B) for the calendar year that includes the Date of Termination.

Separation Pay Agreement CONFIDENTIAL financial planning program for the Executive as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total amount of such services may not exceed the amount in effect under Code Section 402(g)(1)(B) for the calendar year that includes the Date of Termination.
