Financial Considerations. Except where otherwise detailed in this EC, each party is responsible for its own costs. Any assistance provided by the Catchment of Sheriffs under this EC and any assistance provided by the Contractor is subject to the availability of appropriations. All financial assistance provided by the state will be done pursuant to in compliance with the JBBS fiscal rules and procurement code (e.g., a separate written agreement that complies with the state fiscal rules).
