Financial Consideration. In consideration of the rights granted ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in this Agreement, each year during the term of this Agreement ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay to TOUR, $60,000. All annual amounts will be due and payable monthly beginning April 1, 1996.
