Common use of Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the CompanyParent.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Seller may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the CompanyBuyer.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Buyer may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Seller or the Company.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from the Company, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Companyhereby.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company, except Credit Suisse First Boston and Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Buyer may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Sellers or the Company.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the CompanyParent or Purchaser.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent, other than any agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor, or other firm or Person the Companyfees and expenses of which shall be paid by Parent or the Surviving Corporation.

No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from First Union, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from the Company, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Companyhereby.
