Finance Reports Clause Samples

The Finance Reports clause requires one party, typically the borrower or a contracted entity, to provide regular financial statements or reports to the other party, such as a lender or investor. These reports may include balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, or other financial disclosures, and are usually delivered on a set schedule (e.g., quarterly or annually) or upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and allow the receiving party to monitor the financial health and compliance of the reporting party, thereby reducing risk and enabling informed decision-making.
