Final Summative Rating. a. Teacher determines attainment of students’ growth targets and final rating for SLOs by using the SLO Scoring Template (See appendix) between April 15-20. b. Evaluator conducts a final meeting to discuss SLO scores, vendor data and lessons learned. c. Evaluators will use ODE Guidance to determine a holistic rating of combined teacher performance and Student Growth Measure Scores and enter it into eTPES in accordance with ODE guidelines.
