Common use of Final Pay Clause in Contracts

Final Pay. On the Separation Date, Sprinklr will pay you all accrued salary earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to this payment regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that consistent with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s non-accrual of paid time off, as of the Separation Date you will not have any accrued but unused vacation, holiday, or paid time off for which you are entitled to payment.
