Common use of Final Order and Judgment Clause in Contracts

Final Order and Judgment. If this Settlement Agreement is finally approved by the Court, a Final Order and Judgment directing the entry of judgment pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 54(b) shall be entered substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C, as follows: 1. certifying the Settlement Class solely for purposes of this Settlement Agreement;
