Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. (i) Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $3,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not covered by insurance or indemnities as to which the applicable insurance company or third party has been notified of the claim and has confirmed coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, and with respect to which either (A) enforcement proceedings are commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order, or (B) there is a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, is not in effect; or
