Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $25,000,000.00 15,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 20,000,000 (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an insolvency proceeding) in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $25,000,000.00 10,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000.00 25,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00 25,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 1,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party (excluding liabilities to the extent paid or covered by insurance coverage as to which the relevant insurance company has not in dispute disputed coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of entry;; 9.1.8.

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 10,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 50,000,000.00 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third-party insurance coverage that has not in dispute been denied by the applicable insurer) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;; 152

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00 5,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 40,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of FiveTwo Million and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00 5,000,000.002,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;; 8.1.8

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 30,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance coverage from a reputable carrier who has not in dispute previously denied coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 50,000,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third-party insurance coverage that has not in dispute been denied by the applicable insurer) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 the Threshold Amount in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 3,000,000 (net of the amount of any insurance coverage which has not been rejected) in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money the uninsured portion of which is in excess of $25,000,000.00 250,000 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
