Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 50,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) consecutive days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 10,000,000 in the aggregate and not covered by insurance shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 750,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 NO/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00500,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entryentry or which is not otherwise covered by insurance;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money which is not insured against and is in excess of Fifty One Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.001,500,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 15,000,000.00 in the aggregate aggregate, to the extent not covered by insurance, shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 250,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty One Million and 00/100 NO/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) in 1,000,000.00)in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) 1,000,000 in the aggregate (unless fully covered by insurance) shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
