Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;; 9.1.8

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000 50,000,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not satisfied, discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;; 9.1.8.

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any one Loan Party or any combination of Loan Parties by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000 25,000,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 20,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 15,000,000.00 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,500,000in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 250,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, premises which judgment is exceeds the insurance proceeds available to pay such judgments by at least Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00) and which judgments are not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 4,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any one Loan Party or any combination of Loan Parties by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000 50,000,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not satisfied, discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final unappealable judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 75,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, and with respect to which either (i) enforcement proceedings are commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order, or (ii) there is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) consecutive days from the date during which a stay of entry;enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, is not in effect; or

Any final judgments judgment or orders order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,000,000 in the aggregate (exclusive of amounts covered by insurance) shall be entered against any Loan Borrower Affiliate Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
