Final Design Deposit. A cash deposit payable at the time of submission of the final subdivision design information in amount set forth in Exhibit "B".
Final Design Deposit. It is understood that the City shall commence to process the final design state of the Preliminary Subdivision Application at such time as the cash required for the final design deposit is posted with the City.
