Final Award Determination. Once the Committee approves the final Corporate Performance Factor, it applies this percentage to (x) the target number of PSUs (as reduced for any failure to meet the CET1 Ratio during the Performance Period), and rounds down to the nearest whole share unit. The resulting amount is the number of Payout Share Units that are eligible to vest and be settled on the Final Award Date (i.e., the Final Award).
