Final Artwork definition

Final Artwork means tangible personal property or its digital equivalent that is suitable for use in producing advertising materials and includes, but is not limited to, photographs, illustrations, drawings, paintings, calligraphy, models and similar works that are used to produce advertising materials but does not include preliminary artwork or original sound recordings or video recordings produced by recording studios, television studios, video production studios, or by or for advertising agencies, or masters produced from such original recordings regardless of whether such original recordings or masters are produced in a tangible medium or a digital equivalent;
Final Artwork means the advertisement approved by the Advertiser for reproduction.
Final Artwork. Means the original visual artwork described below as [INSERT NAME OF ARTWORK HERE], developed, designed, and/or created by ASSIGNOR which form the final Material Object (as defined below) of the work commissioned exclusively for the Project (as defined below), and as detailed in the Project description, provided by ASSIGNOR and the Local Agency and approved by ASSIGNEE through the Transportation Art Proposal application process (as defined below). ASSIGNOR acknowledges that the Final Artwork (as described below) includes Preliminary Works (as defined below) and the Material Object (as defined below) which are incorporated and made part of the final representation of the Final Artwork. All documentation pertaining to Final Artwork is hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement and attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Upon completion and installation of the Artwork, the Artist shall prepare and submit Exhibit A-1, Final Artwork Information and Maintenance Form, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Authority, which includes maintenance of the Artwork.

  • This waiver applies to the following visual work: Final Artwork, described in this Agreement and attached as Exhibit B, entitled, [INSERT TITLE OF THE ARTWORK HERE].

  • BOA/BAAAU will deliver a proof containing the Final Artwork of the Advertising Material to the Advertiser for approval prior to print.

  • ASSIGNOR will have the exclusive right (but not the obligation) and ASSIGNEE grants ASSIGNOR the exclusive authority, to protect and enforce ASSIGNEE’s Copyrights in the Final Artwork, including bringing legal proceedings against infringers and issuing notice and take-down requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (each a “Protection Action”), at the sole expense of ASSIGNOR.

  • ASSIGNOR may publicly display the Final Artwork and derivatives thereof, including but not limited to, the display of the Final Artwork and derivatives thereof in ASSIGNOR’s portfolio, websites, galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits.

  • ASSIGNEE shall be the sole and exclusive copyright owner of ASSIGNOR’s Copyright Ownership rights in the Final Artwork and of ASSIGNOR’s Copyrights in the Final Artwork from the Effective Date forward.

Final Artwork means all creative content developed or created, or commissioned, by Shake, exclusively for the Project and incorporated into and delivered as part of the Final Deliverables, including and by way of example, not limitation, any and all visual designs, visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, typographic treatments and text, modifications to The Client Content, and Shake’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with The Client
Final Artwork means the final version of the artwork, materials or concepts prepared by EoW and approved in writing by the Client.

If accurate colour reproduction is imperative, the Pantone Colour System should be utilised.
Final Artwork means the visual appearance of the Website, page layout, content, graphics, animation, videos, music and text, audio components and digital components, branding, corporate image and look- and-feel, all as contained within the finished Website.
Final Artwork means the artwork that the third party has approved as a completed artwork, and wishes to take delivery of, inclusive of all Intellectual Property Rights therein that have been assigned by BRND WGN to the third party pursuant to this Agreement;
