Common use of Final Approval Order and Judgment Clause in Contracts

Final Approval Order and Judgment. “Final Approval Order and Judgment” means an Order and Judgment of the Court in a form substantially the same as that attached hereto as Exhibit C, finally approving this Agreement and the Settlement pursuant to Mo. Rule 52.08.

Final Approval Order and Judgment. The “Final Approval Order and Judgment” means an Order and Judgment are the Court’s order granting final approval of the Court Settlement providing for entry of the Final Judgment, and releasing the claims as provided for herein, and providing for dismissal with prejudice of the Lawsuit pending before it and the Final Judgment on the same, substantially in a the form substantially the same as that attached hereto as Exhibit C, finally approving this Agreement and 1 hereto or as modified by the Settlement pursuant to Mo. Rule 52.08Court.
