Final Agreements. There shall be two signed copies of any final agreement. One copy shall be retained by the Employer and one by the Association. Copies of this Agreement shall be signed and presented to all employees in good standing now employed or hereafter employed by the Employer. All school district personnel policies or any changes in said policies shall be distributed to all employees within thirty days of the commencement of this contract or upon employment.

Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of both parties equally within 30 days after the agreement is signed and presented to all bargaining unit employees in good standing now employed or hereafter employed by the Employer. In addition, the Employer shall provide the Association thirty (30) copies of the agreement without charge to the Association. All school district personnel policies or any changes in said policies shall be distributed to all employees within thirty days of the commencement of this contract or upon employment.any
