Final Acceptance Sign off Clause Samples
Final Acceptance Sign off. The selected Bidder shall get a final sign off receipt from UPLC post successful delivery of PROJECTOR WITH SCREEN, FLATBED SCANNER, 10KVA ONLINE UPS to the scheduled location. The selected Bidder shall give District wise invoice to the UPLC along with below mentioned supporting Documents. The invoice shall be enclosed with the list of serial numbers of the PROJECTOR WITH SCREEN, FLATBED SCANNER, 10KVA ONLINE UPS supplied for JTRI LUCKNOW with no damaged / defective PROJECTOR WITH SCREEN, FLATBED SCANNER, 10KVA ONLINE UPS and its accessories, in the list. The selected Bidder shall include a Final Acceptance checklist along with the following Documents signed by the concerned authorities.
i. Invoice
ii. Delivery Challan acknowledging the Delivery at JTRI LUCKNOW Official iii. Quality Certificate by OEM / Bidder
Final Acceptance Sign off. The selected Bidder shall get a final sign off receipt from UPLC post successful delivery of Video Conferencing Equipment to the scheduled location.
