Filling Level Requirements. (1) In the scope of using the working gas volume (WGV) of the Contract, the Customer shall be obliged to observe the filling level requirements set out in the Annex “Capacities and Storage Fee” as of the reference dates set out in the Annex “Capacities and Storage Fee” to the Contract (“Filling Level Requirements”).
