Except for the filing and recording of the Lease with the Registry, the "precautionary" UCC Financing Statement in Hawaii and Delaware and the filings referred to in the opinion required by Section 3.01(c)(xiv) hereof, no further action (including filing any financing statement in respect thereof under the Uniform Commercial Code of any applicable jurisdiction) is necessary in order to establish and perfect Lessor's interest in the Aircraft and Lease in any jurisdiction in the United States or elsewhere.
