Common use of Filing of Financing Statement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Financing Statement. (i) Debtor authorizes Secured Party to file a financing statement (the “Financing Statement”) describing the Collateral. Additionally, Debtor agrees to execute and deliver to Secured Party such additional documents as Secured Party may reasonably request in order to perfect Secured Party’s interest in the Collateral, provided that such documents shall be prepared at Secured Party’s sole cost and expense.

Filing of Financing Statement. (i) Debtor The Borrower hereby authorizes the Secured Party to file a financing statement (the “Financing Statement”) and any amendments thereto, including continuation statements, describing the Collateral. Additionally, Debtor agrees to execute Collateral and deliver to Secured Party such additional documents as Secured Party may reasonably request in order to perfect Secured Party’s interest in the Collateral, provided that such documents shall be prepared at Secured Party’s sole cost and expenseProceeds.

Additionally, Debtor agrees to execute and deliver to statements or other filings deemed necessary or desirable by Secured Party such additional documents as Secured Party may reasonably request to evidence, perfect, or continue the security interests granted in order to perfect Secured Party’s interest in the Collateral, provided that such documents shall be prepared at Secured Party’s sole cost and expensethis Agreement.
