Filing and Recordation. Grantor will cause this Deed and all amendments and supplements thereto and substitutions therefor and all financing statements and continuation statements relating hereto to be recorded, filed, re-recorded and refiled in such manner and in such places as the Collateral Agent shall reasonably request, and will pay all such recording, filing, re-recording and refiling taxes, fees and other charges.
Filing and Recordation. As of the Mortgage Purchase Date, each Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage Note and Mortgage to Servicer shall have been prepared in such manner that when filed and properly recorded in the public records of the county in which the mortgaged property is located and any different or other recording that might hereafter be required by the laws of the State, it will perfect the lien of real estate mortgages against the adverse or competing claim of third parties by giving public notice thereof also shall have been accomplished as required by the GNMA Guide, the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide or the Xxxxxx Mae Guide, as applicable.

Grantor will cause this Mortgage and all amendments and supplements thereto and substitutions therefor and all financing statements and continuation statements relating hereto to be recorded, filed, re-recorded and refiled in such manner and in such places as Trustee or Noteholder shall reasonably request, and will pay all such recording, filing, re-recording and refiling taxes, fees and other charges.
Filing and Recordation. In addition to the filings the Grantor is required to make as specified in Exhibit C, this Agreement or an instrument referring hereto may be filed and recorded in such public offices and with such governmental authorities, including the PTO, as the Collateral Agent may determine from time to time. The Collateral Agent may so file and record this Agreement as a “security interest”, “collateral assignment”, “assignment” or similar designation as the Collateral Agent may determine (so long as such designation is consistent with the terms of this Agreement) and the Collateral Agent may from time to time rerecord and refile or take other action to change the designation under which this Agreement is filed or recorded (so long as such designation is consistent with the terms of this Agreement).
Filing and Recordation. The Borrower shall, in accordance with the ---------------------- Bank's instructions, execute and deliver all documents of whatever kind and render such other assistance as may be necessary to cause all of the agreements, instruments and documents executed pursuant to this Agreement to be duly recorded and/or filed in all places necessary, in the opinion of the Bank, to perfect and protect the security interests and liens of the Bank in the Collateral and the New Collateral, and (without limiting the Borrower's recording and/or filing obligations pursuant to Section 4.4 hereof or elsewhere herein) the Bank is hereby authorized to file or record all of such agreements, instruments and documents. In the event that any re-recording or re-filing thereof (or the filing or recording of any additional agreements, instruments and/or documents) required to protect and preserve any such lien or security interest, the Borrower agrees that it shall again promptly execute and deliver all documents of whatever kind and render such other assistance as may be necessary to cause the same to be re-recorded and/or re-filed (or any additional agreements, instruments and/or documents filed or recorded) at the time and in the manner requested by the Bank. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrower hereby authorizes the Bank to execute (or re-execute) in the name of the Borrower and/or to file or record (or re-file or re-record) any financing statements, Copyright Mortgages, Trademark Mortgages or other documents or instruments in respect of any security interests created pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents which may at any time be required in the opinion of the Bank, and the Borrower hereby irrevocably designates the Bank, its agents, representatives and designees as agent and attorney-in-fact for the Borrower for these purposes. Such appointment is coupled with an interest and is therefore irrevocable.
Filing and Recordation. Lessee will cause this Lease in respect of the Aircraft to be duly and timely filed and recorded, or filed for recordation, to the extent permitted under the Act or required under any applicable law.
Filing and Recordation. Lessee at its expense shall cause this Amendment to be duly filed with the Civil Aeronautics Authority and to be recorded at the Office of the Public Registry of Panama.

Assignee is hereby authorized to file or record this Assignment or any other instrument in such public offices and with such governmental authorities, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as Assignee may determine from time to time for the purpose of evidencing the foregoing assignment.

The Company shall, at its sole cost and expense and in accordance with Lender’s instructions, execute and deliver all documents of whatever kind and render such other assistance as may be reasonably necessary or desirable to permit all of the agreements, instruments and documents executed pursuant to this Agreement to be duly recorded and/or filed in all places necessary, in Lender’s opinion, to perfect and protect Lender and Lender’s security interests and liens in the Collateral, and Lender is hereby authorized to file or record all of such agreements, instruments and documents. In the event that any re-recording or re-filing thereof (or the filing or recording of any additional agreements, instruments and/or documents) is required to protect and preserve any such lien or security interest, the Company agrees that it shall again promptly execute and deliver all documents of whatever kind and render such other assistance as may be necessary to permit the same to be re-recorded and/or re-filed (or any additional agreements, instruments and/or documents filed or recorded), at the Company’s sole cost and expense, at the time and in the manner requested by Lender.

Grantor will cause this Deed of Trust and all amendments and supplements thereto and substitutions therefor and all financing statements and continuation statements relating hereto to be recorded, filed, re-recorded and refilled in such manner and in such places as the Trustee or the Beneficiary shall reasonably request, and will pay all such recording, filing, re-recording and refiling taxes, fees and other charges. Grantor hereby authorizes the Beneficiary or the Trustee to file any financing statement or financing statement amendment covering the Collateral or relating to the security interest created herein.
