Field Engineering. A. Construction Manager shall establish all grades, lines and levels necessary for the execution of the Work including the location of property lines and bench marks shown on the Drawings.

Design Build Entity shall retain and pay expenses of a civil engineer or land surveyor to establish the required Site reference points and benchmarks, establish building lines and elevations, check for building framing, plumbness, and establish on building frame(s) the required basic grid lines.
