Field Drains Sample Clauses

Field Drains. Should field drains be encountered during excavating pole or tower foundation holes, the position of these drains shall be noted and replaced to the occupier's satisfaction during backfilling or at such time as required by the occupier. Where a cable trench is to be excavated, appropriate enquiries shall be made to determine the extent of likely damage to land drains and agreement reached with the occupier as to the method of reinstatement prior to the commencement of works on site.
