Common use of Fiduciary Placements Clause in Contracts

Fiduciary Placements. 8.1 You authorise us to act as your agent to place deposits (each, a “Fiduciary Placement”) with such banks or other financial institutions in any jurisdiction, including any of our Affiliates (each, a “Third Party Institution”). Each such Fiduciary Placement shall be placed in our name but for and on your behalf and at your sole risk and expense.
