FENCING AND SIGNAGE. Licensee may erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the staging area indicating that the use of the staging area is restricted to the Licensee during the term of this Agreement.
FENCING AND SIGNAGE. Licensee may, with the advance approval of the Director, erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the primary staging area indicating that the use of the primary staging area is restricted to the Licensee during the term of this Agreement. Licensee may, with the required seven (7) calendar day advance notification and approval of the Director, erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the secondary staging on the first day of the allocated ten (10) business days required for use of the secondary staging area.

  • PACKING AND MARKING Seller shall pack, crate and brace all Goods to prevent damage or deterioration and in accordance with Uniform Freight Classification Rules and Regulations and any applicable carrier tariffs, with no changes being paid by Buyer for packing, crating or bracing. The contents of each shipping container shall be clearly identified on the outside of the container, and the applicable Purchase Order number for the contents shall be clearly stated on the outside of each such container.

  • Packing and Shipping SolarEdge will pack and ship Products ordered hereunder in accordance with its general practice unless specific instructions are provided by Buyer in the Purchase Order and Accepted by SolarEdge. Any additional costs incurred by SolarEdge as a result of such special packaging and/or shipping requests will be borne exclusively by Buyer.

  • Moonlighting 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall hold an active C17 or work on his/her own behalf as a self-employed individual after his regular hours of employment, or on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and designated days off on any work covered by the jurisdiction of this Agreement.
