Common use of FEMA Assistance Clause in Contracts

FEMA Assistance. This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be requested by City and if provided will be used to fund all or a portion of this Agreement. Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives, including the FEMA Emergency & Exigency Contracts Requirements attached hereto as Appendix E and incorporated herein by reference.
