Fees, In General. The City shall pay fees to the Engineer for all services rendered by Engineer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, subject to the appropriation limits of Article 3 hereof.
Fees, In General. 4.1.1.1. The City shall pay fees to the Engineer as specified in Article 4 for all services rendered by the Engineer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, but subject to Section 4.2. relating to appropriations made by the City.

If the Consultant receives payment from the City for work performed by any subcontractor or for materials provided by any supplier, and the Consultant withholds payment to the subcontractor or supplier on account of a deficiency in the quality or quantity of the work or materials, the City may withhold a corresponding amount from any pending or future payments to the Consultant until the next regular payment to the Consultant occurring after the City receives reasonable documentation that the deficiency has been remedied.
Fees, In General. Merchant shall pay fees to Paide as set forth herein, in the application for the Paide Software, as set forth on Paide’s website and as disclosed to Merchant in any other documents or materials by Paide.
Fees, In General. Any compensation arrangement described or consented to herein, shall be subject to change at the discretion of Adviser and the written approval of the client. All fees are negotiable and may be reduced, depending on the complexity or the nature of the services. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice thereto. Upon termination, any fees, which the Client has paid to Adviser in advance, may be refunded on a prorated basis.

In consideration of the provision of the Services by Provider for the benefit of and on behalf of Customer, Customer shall pay Provider the Fixed Fee and the Variable Services Fee in the manner set forth in this Section 4. The Fixed Fee shall be comprised of the amount set forth in Section 4.2 below and the Variable Services Fee shall consist of and becomputed in the manner set forth in Section 4.3, with each such amount payable in accordance with the requirements of Section 5 below.
Fees, In General. Client shall pay fees for Payscout Software as set forth on the SOW. The plan set forth in the SOW shall be held in strict confidence by Client. Payscout shall have the right to change the plan as set forth in the SOW at any time in its sole discretion by providing thirty (30) days notice to Client. All fees are fully earned when paid and not refundable. SECTION FIVE – TERM AND TERMINATION
Fees, In General. 3.01.4.1 As full compensation for all the Consultant's services and obligations in connection with this Agreement, the City will pay the Consultant the total of the amounts computed as specified in this Article for all Services Consultant renders in accordance with t];ie terms and conditions of this Agreement, subject to appropriation made by the City.
