Common use of Fees for Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Services. The compensation of the Money Manager for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by Accessor Funds in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein. The Money Manager acknowledges that any such fee is payable solely out of assets of the Fund's Account.
