Fees; Expenses. (a) In consideration for the provision by the Investment Adviser of its services hereunder and the Investment Adviser’s bearing of certain expenses, the Fund shall pay the Investment Adviser a monthly asset-based fee (the “Management Fee”) determined as set forth in this Section 7.
