Fees, Expenses, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account and for the account of each Lender, as applicable, (i) all fees, costs and expenses due and payable pursuant to the Fee Letter and Section 2.9 and (ii) all costs and expenses due and payable pursuant to Section 12.5 for which invoices have been presented.
